These Terms of Use govern your use of ReelVacations.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by 360 DEV LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, under the Reel Vacations name. References to "we," "us" and "our" mean 360 DEV LLC, the party providing the Site and the party you are agreeing with. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

An independent guide

Reel Vacations is an independent travel guide. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any government agency, tourism board, charter operator, lodge or booking platform mentioned on the Site unless we say so on the page. We name businesses and agencies only to identify and describe them. Trademarks belong to their owners.

A free guide, with no promises

The Site is a free resource. We research from official and credible sources and show when each page was last checked, but we make no promise that anything here is complete, accurate or current.

Fishing seasons, fish runs and migrations vary from year to year. Regulations, license requirements, size and bag limits and closures change, sometimes during a season by emergency order. Charter operators, lodges and other businesses change their services, schedules and prices, or close. Nothing on the Site guarantees that fish will be present, that a fishery will be open, or that a business will be operating.

Always check the current rules with the responsible fish and wildlife agency, and confirm details directly with any business, before you travel or book. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you fish.

Safety

Fishing and boating carry real risks: weather, sea state, cold water, currents, heat, sun and remote locations. Nothing on the Site describes current conditions or says an activity is safe for you. Check marine and weather forecasts, follow your captain's and guide's instructions, wear a life jacket, and use your own judgment. You assume all risks of travel and outdoor activities.

Bookings and links

We do not take bookings or payments. Any booking is between you and the charter, lodge, rental owner or booking site, under their terms, and questions or problems with a booking are handled by them. Some links on the Site may be affiliate links that earn us a commission at no cost to you; see the affiliate disclosure. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other site.

Trip Finder and budget information

The Trip Finder and any cost or budget information summarize our research. Budget levels describe how trips are typically structured and are not price quotes. They are not financial advice.

No professional advice

The Site provides general travel information only. It is not legal, financial, medical, safety or other professional advice.

Content and photos

The original text, design and logo of the Site are our property. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution, but not copy or republish substantial portions without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own place of residence.
